Statements will be mailed on the contractual due date. If that date falls on a weekend, the statements will be mailed on the Friday before the due date.
The detail statement has the true earnings for the period and life to date before any adjustments are made for reserves for returns. The payee summary reflects earnings plus or minus the reserves.
