How do I get my app to work?

If you are having trouble with your Apple app, please follow the steps below:

1.) Make sure you've upgraded to the latest iOS version. To do this, plug your device into your computer. Then open iTunes and select your device from the left hand menu. The summary page for your device should appear in the right-hand window. Under "Version," click the version marked "Search for Update." If an update is found, follow the instructions to update your iOS.

2.) Close out apps running in the background. To do this, press the Home button twice to bring up the multitasking tray along the bottom of your device's screen, hold down any app until the apps wiggle and you see red minus signs in the top right hand corner, then tap the minus sign to close each app.

3.) Restart your device.

4.) Reinstall the affected app. To do this, touch and hold any application icon on the Home Screen until the icons start to wiggle. Tap the "x" in the corner of the application you want to delete. Tap Delete to remove the application and all of its data from your device. Reinstall through iTunes on your computer and sync your device, or by downloading again directly to your device via the App Store app. On the iPad's App Store app, you'll see a section called "Purchased" along the bottom (on iPhone/iPod touch it's under "Updates"): from there you can re-download any app purchased under your iTunes account.
